Our unique telescoping enclosure parts are designed for heavy duty industrial applications. The two most common designs are constructed of 1-1/4” square tubing and 2” square tubing. The maximum span width and height for 1-1/4” tubing is 10 feet, while the 2” square tubing design allows for spans of 12 ft. (width between vertical posts) and heights of 12 ft.

TMI will design and fabricate all parts required for your specific application. It is a modular design that requires no special tools for installation.

Acoustical Screens

These Save-T Acoustical Screens can be supplied with any of the quilted fiberglass or absorber/ barrier composite panels. The standard size portable, heavy-duty square steel tube frame is 4’0” wide x 8’0” high.
Acoustical panels include perimeter grommets for easy attachment to the frames with quick connect nylon ties. Casters, special size frames, and custom fabric facings are available.
Features:

• Frames are constructed of 1” steel tube and coated with a gray enamel finish to protect against corrosion.
• Portable units can be adjusted to your changing production flow
• Assembly kits (Screens can be assembled into one piece frames, within a few minutes)

• Hinges between adjacent screens allow for 340 degrees movement in both directions
