The Coolkeeper™ consists of flexible vinyl strips which hang from the hood and surround the oven. By forming an effective thermal barrier, the Coolkeeper increases the efficiency of your exhaust and ventilation system, while boosting store comfort levels. The Coolkeeper is also extremely easy to install and maintain. The supplied Velcro® strips are attached to the exhaust hood and the PVC panels are then attached to Velcro. When cleaning, just remove each panel and wash with soap and water.
